Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’ve never done yoga before?
You’re in the right place! Yoga links breath to movement, so if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
I’m not flexible. Will I be able to do yoga?
Of course! You don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga. We have plenty of props that will help you stretch!
What can I expect for my first class?
Plan to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the class start time. This will allow you time to get familiar with the studio space, meet your teacher, and check in for your class.
I forgot my mat! What can I do?
We offer $5 mat rentals! Just ask us when you get to the studio.
Is there an age limit?
The yoga practice of a child is different from the practice of an adult. It can be difficult for children to focus and be present in the space for a full hour. This can lead to distractions for other students. Because of this, all students must be 16 years of age. If you are curious about bringing a student along who is younger than 16, please speak with a staff member to see if an accommodation can be made.
What if I am late?
Time is valuable and we want everyone to get the most out of each class. Class starts promptly at the time stated on the schedule. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to be prepared for the start of class. After studio doors are closed and class begins, no one will be permitted to enter the studio space.
What is your cancellation / no-show policy?
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel within four hours of the class time. This will ensure that everyone who wants to attend the class can participate. If you do not cancel in a timely manner, a $10 late cancellation fee will be charged if you have an unlimited package. If you signed up using a class pack or drop in pass, the pass will be forfeited. Please cancel on the website or by calling the studio.
Do you have a wellness policy?
We value everyone’s health and well being, so if you are ill, please stay home and rest. Class sizes are set for optimum spacing. The floor and bathroom are cleaned regularly, as are props. Hand sanitizer is available at all times. Please let the studio know at least 4 hours ahead of time, as per studio cancellation policy, if you are unable to make your class due to illness.
