This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance while learning to move with the breath and calm the mind. that’s restorative

restorative class

Restore balance in the nervous system with the use of fully supported postures, mantra, and breathing techniques. Calm the nervous system while creating deep relaxation.

that’s yin

Yin yoga involves holding poses for minutes at a time. It is slow and meditative, and primarily benefits your deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints). Staying in poses for 2-7 minutes allows your connective tissue to lengthen, flexibility to increase, circulation to improve, and stress levels to drop. Our sessions will frequently focus on heart-opening poses and will always be adapted to your unique body.

that’s beginner’s yoga

New to yoga? Has it been a few years since you’ve practiced? Just want some refreshers on the basics? This class is for you. Class will include breathwork practice, an introduction to the more common yoga poses, and some easy balance poses.
You don’t have to be a beginner! This class is suitable for all levels, but is geared toward those new to yoga or renewing their practice.

that’s vinyasa flow

A class for all levels – flow through a sequence of poses guided by the breath. Poses will help strengthen the core, increase flexibility, and bring the mind and body into balance. Meditation and breathwork round out this full practice.

that’s power yoga

Class will start with a gentle warm up to shift the mind and body to the mat. Then we’ll move and breathe mindfully, progressing to a more dynamic flow that synchronizes movement with breath. Some classes incorporate fun (and optional) inversions and arm balances! This class can help improve strength, balance, and flexibility, all while holding space for each person to honor their own body.

that’s mindful resilience flow

Be prepared for a mindful vinyasa flow integrating the fundamentals of yoga through intelligent sequencing built around sun salutations with a focus on creating endurance, strength, and balance in a gentle, nurturing manner. This class allows more time in each pose to truly experience the effects of dynamic alignment and connection to the breath, inviting you to establish a source of strength and resilience on and off your mat. Restorative poses create a long, slow extension of the body, unwinding of compacted fascia, and releasing of muscles and tension. Bits of ancient wisdom, poetry, and music inspire a balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

that’s intro to hatha

That’s Intro to Hatha is a gentle approach to hatha, focusing on posture and breathing techniques. that’s hatha

You will be guided through practices designed to help tap into your body’s natural ability to heal and restore. A combination of gentle movement, breathing practices and meditation will combine to restore balance, deepen awareness and cultivate feelings of inner peace in a safe and welcoming environment.  All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

mindful resilience class

that’s yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness, sometimes referred to as yogic sleep. The goal of Yoga Nidra techniques is the intermediate state between waking and the dreaming state known as true Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra cultivates a profound quiet, deep relaxation and inner stillness. The practice has many benefits on the physical, mental and spiritual level. Please join Sarah Smith-Paugh, LMT and RYT as she guides you through an hour long Nidra practice. Sarah will spend a few minutes at the beginning of class to briefly overview the benefits of yoga Nidra, followed by a 45-55 minute Nidra where students will find a restorative position to rest.
